“It has been a very pleasant experience living at two different Bezwill properties near the Clapham Common area in the last eight years.

The properties are clean, well equipped and situated in a green but central area of London with excellent transport, shops and bars. Cliff and his team are responsive and easy to communicate with. They always prioritised urgent maintenance issues and often fixed any problems in the flat the same day we reported them, which hasn’t always been the case in the previous properties I lived in, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a landlord who is dedicated to making his tenants’ lives the most comfortable. The flatmates were friendly and easy-going and I made a few friends over the years.

I was struggling at the beginning to find a place that I could call home in such a short time but I found Bezwill who gave me hope and confidence.
